By correcting the shape of your nostrils, we can create a unique nasal contour
Internal Alar Incision
Natural results without scarring!
Features of the internal alar incision
There is no visible scarring and you can return to your daily life immediately without any necessary recovery period.
However, although the nasal base gets lifted naturally, there is a limit to how much we can lift the nasal wings.
(Incision Area)
Personalized design through 1:1 consultation
An incision is made in the mucous membrane inside the nose after which the nasal wings are lifted.
Sutures are made on the inside of the nose.
Natural results are achieved without scarring
Internal + External Alar Incisions
With both internal and external incisions, the base can be lifted more than with only internal incisions. This gives a more dramatic lifting result!
Characteristics of the inner and outer incisions of the alar wings: Since the incision are made on both the inner and outer sides of the alar wing, the alar base can be raised significantly. This leads to a more noticeable improvement effect than when only inner incisions would be used.
However, external incisions do show more scarring and your downtime might be a bit longer.
(Incision Area)
Personalized design through 1:1 consultation
An incision is made in the mucous membrane inside the nose after which the nasal wings are lifted.
A small incision is made on the outside of the nostrils, after which the alar wings are further lifted and the incisions are sutured.
The alar base is raised a lot and there is a dramatic difference between before and after surgery.
for a moment! What if you are worried about your nose being wide both horizontally and vertically?
You can improve the shape of your nostrils even more by receiving both our alar reduction and our nasal wing lift procedures!
Nasal wing lift + alar reduction CASE
※ These pictures are real surgery cases from HIVOM Plastic Surgery.
Before surgery
After surgery
The horizontal width of the alar base is reduced by reducing the nostrils, and the vertical width is reduced by lifting the nasal wings. This gives you a cute and sophisticated image and your nose will look very pretty, whatever angle you look at it from!
